Job Description:
To provide HR leadership to the Unit by developing the people strategy policy and processes aligned to the business objectives To support line managers in aligning business and employee objectives using strong consultation skills and appropriate HR interventions and employee engagement tools. Maintain productive and harmonious Industrial Relations at manufacturing locations and retail outlets-Accountability Develop relevant People Strategy for the unit in alignment with business strategy and ABG practices-Be an active business partner through the development of appropriate organisation architecture structure and roles-Develop focused strategy for Retail HR-Assess competence / talent risks within the organization and develop steps to mitigate them-Institutionalize a performance oriented culture-Ensure a robust pipeline of talent through the talent management system Focus on Organisation Development initiatives in line with group norms and unit requirements-Ensure harmonious Employee Relationship in all its constituentsProvide inspirational leadership to the team and lead by example-Ensure online maintenance HRMS through PoornataEnsure Statutory ComplianceEnsure smooth administrative services are provided to the organisation

Minimum Experience Level:
3 - 5 Years
