Job Description:

Job purpose is to achieve the business targets through channel partners & team of employees spread across the geographical territory.

Key role would be to manage the expectation of the channel partners & lead/manage the team to achieve the targets through them.

-Achieve business targets with set of manpower assigned to meet functional goals through the channel partners.

-Support Business Development through acquisition of quality channel partners to achieve the functional goals

-Recruitment Training & development of the team members to achieve the functional goals

-Support resolution of service issues raised by distributors/policyholders to ensure persistency.

-Team Management

Minimum graduate
