Team Leader- Customer Service & Retention


Job Description:
To be responsible for the business renewals retention and growth through upselling / cross selling by leading the client servicing and renewals team for the Non Group Corporate clients. To provide effective claims management and pro active service deliverables to existing corporate clients to maintain high level of renewal retention-To maintain strong relationship with the Corporate customers throughout the year service their GI needs efficiently and undertake renewal targets for the Branch--To achieve multi product Insurance penetration and revenue targets-To extensively engage with Quotes and Claims team for offering customized customer solutions to the Existing customers for renewal solutions and new GI requirements-To ensure highly efficient TATs for end to end Client servicing and management of claims for Corporate clients-To present detailed MIS on Corporate client servicing and Renewals activities and ensure robust documentation-To ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources
Qualifications:
1. Graduate/PG.
2. Insurance qualifications will be an added advantage.
3. Presentable & good in communication
