Job Description:

Job Purpose


To finalize on the retail space with RBD team & deliver the projects in alignment with Brand Business Strategy & mange the team of architects, civil engineers and to fulfill the ultimate objective of delivering the projects on time. To forecast and mitigate uncertainties in the changing project environment & bring in new trends, technologies & innovations to the retail space by designing & executing the best in class retail stores within the specified budget, timeline & quality standards. To maintain the existing stores & renovating it as per the latest trend.

Financial Part - Maintenance of cost against budget Total Spent against Planned budget Store Capex/SF

Preventive Maintenance Plan, Quick response through Tuto, Rate Contracts ,Annual Maintenance Contracts ,Rate negotiation through bulk orders ,localised vendor engagement ,standardisation of specifications ,agile project management

To provide super shopping experience to the external customers , Handling customer complaints &  New Store Launch

Monthly store visit by the executed vendor for the 1st Six months (retention money to be cleared after checking fully functionality of his deliverables) ,attend complaints as & when store reports. Ensuring adherence to Quality standards by the vendors.

Operations & Processes  : Effective Vendor Management Timely delivery of POs and Payments against SLA  Process Efficiency  % and SLA adherence for store maintenance

Engaging Architects rigorously for quick Design & BOQ generation at Pre execution Stage for release of POs.   

Segregating the maintenance issues in to three levels for effective problem solving .


Creating Knowledge Base Developing preferred vendor base


Training and continuous business assurance to the selected vendors in each Region. Making the best use of their manufacturing capabilities, warehouses and Logistics Facilities. Strengthening the vendors financially (by Bulk orders) to develop machineries and infrastructure for better outputs


Vendor Management :Forecast accuracy on store handover to VM Projects Handover to VM Handover Time   cost savings due to capex cost & saving initiatives


Managing projects as per PMI/PMP way (integration of 5 process & 9 Knowledge areas), Developing and sharing Project Management Schedule (MS Project Sheet) with all stake holders to forecast the risks very early ,resource sharing and overlapping of activities to crash the project timelines
