Job Description:

  • ·         Review existing processes/polices and design and implement policies/ processes for effective service delivery  
  • ·         Work closely with the Recruiters of the units to streamline various recruitment policies and processes to enhance the quality of hire and deliver on SLAs
  • ·         Work closely with Sales and HO team by providing end to end HR solutions on various HR initiatives
  • ·         Ensuring smooth management of employee records
  • ·         Plan, Organize and conduct employee engagement & retention initiative
  • ·         Work closely with Centre of Expertise; reviewing service levels, processes to improve the service offering  
  • Build strong relationships with various stakeholders which enhances effective running of HR Operations   



Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 8 Years
