Assistant Manager - Finance & Commercial (Materials)

Job Description:
·     Support in developing & maintaining vendor rating score card covering        performance, pricing, quality, knowledge etc.

·   Analyze open costing, controls in the system where it is maintained and also work on the potential opportunities for negotiation

·    Work towards identifying the control gaps in system & processes in the entire chain of PO to Payment including for sampling, Imports

·       Support in Immediate action on recommendations in Internal Audit report

·   Ensure issue resolution, Reconciliation Settlement with PT (Owned brands) vendors, review & escalate gaps with respect to hygiene in books like settlement of GR/IR, advances

·      Complete understanding of vendor relationship management portal and identify opportunities to improve it

  • ·      CA/ICWA Inter, MBA preferably or M-Com
  • ·       6-10 years of relevant experience
  • ·      Work experience in Retail / FMCG industry in commercial, category or    material procurement function.
  • ·      Sound knowledge of working in SAP environment.
  • ·      Good communication & behavioral skills
  • ·      Working experience in core material procurement function

6 - 8 Years
