Job Responsibilities

The Group Manager - Marketing will be leading the branding and marketing initiatives for the organization in creating a strong brand recall in the consumer's mind by building a community to incentivize trials and repeats to begin with. There is a need to create a distinct content distribution and visibility to help create a distinct brand

·         The role would be expected to visualize the benefits of strategic partnerships in specific areas and ensure smooth closure of the alliances in conjunction with the leadership team

·         Brand-building with a very strong focus on design as look and feel would be a key aspect of this business

·         Responsible for creative collateral delivery across ATL and BTL

·         The role would involve understanding consumers well, use insights to develop a marketing and brand strategy and contribute towards the overall growth

·         Work in close collaboration with the creative agency and internal teams to deliver collaterals

·         Manage agency relationships 

·         Provide support to plan and execute the season's shoots 

·         Provide strong communication support for new store launches 

·         Stakeholder Management

·         Manage & Plan Media & Loyalty communication

·         Handle PR in the most effective manner


Qualifications:

Desired Skills & Experience

 

·         10-14 years of relevant Brand Marketing experience in Retail/ Fashion Industry

·         MBA Marketing (specialization in media & communication desirable)

·         Must be abreast with the latest trends in the Fashion Industry

·         Must have strong strategic planning/account planning experience in a creative agency

·         Proven skill in consumer insight mining 

·         High level of initiative and assertiveness, Excellent team skills, Ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
