Job Description:

To undertake, Prepare, implement & execute territory Sales & Marketing of Stable Bleaching Powder in the assigned area of Eastern /NE India.

 

 

1.     To do SBP Sales & Marketing, identifying different customers in the assigned territory, Customer segmentation, and prioritization for the same to achieve sales growth, revenues and realization targets.

 

 

2.     Development of new customers/ dealers /Channel partners, Institutional sales, Documentations & Participation in Govt Tenders in the assigned territory.

 

 

3.     Maintenance of documents/orders related to Merchant Exports to optimally maintaining product movement /Distributions/ Taxation/receivables.

 

 

4.     To support Head SBP in Planning, monitoring the inventory of Finished Goods, control on receivables to have focused approach on targets.

 

 

5.     To help product Head to Propose and Implement Customer satisfaction and relationship management system in order to drive increase in premium commanded over competitors, market share, customer retention and loyalty.

 

 

6.     To assist product Heads develop and propose implementation   of the system and planning, monitoring of inventory of finished goods, control on receivables and to achieve sales & revenue targets in the region.

 

 

7.     Possessing fair knowledge of technical support skill.

 

 

 

 


Qualifications:

B. Tech Chemical/ MBA Marketing

5-6 Years in the related field of Sales & Marketing.

Critical skills: Fair Experience in Hard Core Sales & Marketing. Exposure to marketing of Water Treatment Chemicals/Industrial/ Cleaning  Chemicals  , Technical knowledge of the related chemicals,

 

willing to travel extensively & result oriented

6 - 8 Years
