Job Description:

·         Implementing Vibes / Team Vibes and other Group level initiatives in the business  and planning for the communication for sharing the VIBES result with all employees

·         Create business-wide awareness VIBES through innovative methods and ensure 100 % participation

·         Create and implement action plans at a business level and support units for unit level plan creation based on VIBES outcome

·         Implement employee wellness programs, Pratibha, AWOO and Diversity Agenda in the business as per Group guidelines

·         Implement and co-ordinate organizational culture and values programs and initiatives at the Business and Unit

·         Implementation of various initiatives under Add More and monitor its effectiveness


Qualifications:
MBA in HR from a reputed institution.  5-6 yrs experience in handling OE in a Corporate role is mandatory


Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 8 Years

BCOE - OE, Recruitment & IR
