In the process, ensure better customer service by virtue of being closer to the customer, along with being the singular custodian of all organizational processes in the region

Primary Targets – Distributor wise needs to be planned orders to be sent to meet.
Credit Limit of the Distributors to be checked.Closing Stock of the Distributors to be in Control Benchmarking 45 Days Inventory.
Range Wise Order Placement.
Monthly Targets to be broken in 2 Halves. Further Breaking it in Week and Order Placement to the company to be divided in relation to it.
Review sales performance with respective ASM Weekly or Fortnightly Basis
Secondary Sales Achievement
Route / Beat Plan to be Prepared.
Outlet wise Targets to be prepared along with the ASM
Ensure sales targets for various regions, categories in all channels are met
Review sales performance with respective ASM Weekly or Fortnightly Basis.
Provide market information to ASM / RSM preferences and potential for new products and drive sales of new products
