The purpose of this job is to help BSLI tap one of the biggest opportunities in Life Insurance in particular and Financial services in general SME i.e Small and Medium enterprises. The SME segment needs a completely different approach and skill sets from the advisors and other sales team. This role will play a vital role in building a culture of Protection Counselling SMEs. This role will also require SME Market engagement & SME Customer Engagement for the SME Channel of BSLI. This role will also require deep understanding of Risk Management / Financing concepts for effectively engaging with SME owners. Finally this role will carry the responsibility of achieving SME Business targets for the SME Channel. This role will spearhead SME penetration and protection counselling in the specified geography.
