Job Description:
  1. Should be Well conversant with planning & scheduling of erection and maintenance schedules, problem solving tools, troubleshooting with good communication skills, teamwork & workforce management.
  2. Preparing, scheduling, planning & ensuring conformance of PM maintenance plans/schedules/checklists.
  3. Minimizing machine downtime & ensuring machine reliability for smooth production run.
  4. Initiating modifications / changes related to equipment design & process
  5. Preparing cost estimates, Formulating Section budget & capex schemes. Managing maintenance Inventory & costs within budget.
  6. Preparing equipment specifications, evaluating & selecting equipment.
  7. Establishing SOPs / SMPs for mechanical equipment.
  8. Maintenance & troubleshooting of following equipment.

Reciprocating &  Screw Type Compressors, Air Handling Units, chilling systems, Cooling Towers, Vacuum Systems, Heat exchangers, Gear Reducers, Various power transmission system, Pumps: Centrifugal & Positive displacement, Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems, Piping & Piping elements, Assembly & light fabrication jobs, High Viscosity equipments, wiped film evaporators,, jacketed pipelines & systems, metering pumps, high viscosity on line filtration systems, Filtration units, Ion Exchange Columns, Fibre Cutters,  Dryers, Ejector systems,  treatment conveyors, Openers ,  Packing Presses, Pulpers, Homogenizers, Screw conveyors / Feeders, Pressure Vessels, Evaporators, Filter Vessels, etc.

 

This role will be initially based out of Nagda, MP and will eventually shift to Kharach, Gujarat.


Qualifications:

BE - Mechanical

Mechanical engineering (Engineering, project management, Erection & Commissioning); IT – MS office, SAP, Primavera/ MS project; Non Functional-As per ABG framework

 

Required Skills:

·         Should be Well conversant with planning & scheduling of erection and maintenance schedules, problem solving tools, troubleshooting with good communication skills, teamwork & workforce management.

·         Experience in installation of equipment.

Knowledge of TPM & maintenance systems/ practices.

Knowledge of SAP PM Module & MS office.        

Well conversant with Industrial safety systems & practices.

Working in teams & Manpower Management.


Minimum Experience Level:
9 - 12 Years
