Job Description:
  1. Ensure implementation of accounting finance & MIS management policies, practices and procedures and compliances of all taxation matters and availment of all benefits available under the various laws.
  2. Driving the overall P & B process while ensuring process robustness, timeliness and accuracy in line with group processes and best practices so as to support in management decision making
  3. To plan, organize & strengthen Internal control systems & Compliance of Corporate Governance requirements. Ensure effective implementation of Risk Management Framework for the unit.
  4. Ensure implementation of defined processes and review mechanism to monitor and control working capital, ensuring that norms are followed and corrective actions are taken in timely manner
  5. Ensure implement SAP (ERP) system in the Department.
  6. Monitor major resources and cost drivers and overheads.
  7. Ensure effective utilization of human resources of finance and Accounts team by continuously upgrading their knowledge and skills.


Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience of 14 to 16 years (post qualification) in Finance & Accounts department of medium or large manufacturing Industry.

Minimum Experience Level:
13 - 15 Years
