Job Description:

Job Purpose:

  • To manage and train the mechanical maintenance staff.
  • To work out the PM plan and carry out.
  • To draw up the shutdown repair plan / preparation and implement.
  • To provide prompt CM action for the production to reduce downtime.
  • Responsible for the mechanical maintenance budget.
  • Responsible for the mechanical maintenance safety.
  • Responsible for the mechanical equipment improvement.
  • Responsible for the mechanical spare parts management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support optimization of Safety and Health and Environment
  • Installation supervision
  • Increase of productivity and Improved product quality
  • Planning and Scheduling of Turnaround work
  • Develop and drawup a plan to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Maintenance budget
  • People management and training

  • Knowledge of mechanical technique
  • Knowledge &experience to solve many problems
  • Ability to supervise & lead subordinates or vendors
  • To maintain amicable personal relations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skill
  •  English reading and writing skill

Minimum Experience Level:
6 - 8 Years
