Job Description:
To achieve sales and collection target by ensuring productive engagement with channel partners & institutional customers through network management & market development by being the vital interface between the Customers & Business for driving Business Volume and NCRTo nurture & nourish loyal base of business associates and ensure progressive scorings on Customer Satisfaction Index and Brand Equity Index-Achievement of Sales TargetTo ensure achievement of agreed marketing / sales plan & realization targets for the assigned Territory-Sales planning by dealer and retailer productwise month wise bucket wise and ensuring desired counter share and market shareTrack retailer level sales stock replenishment based on continuous monitoring of all commodity valueSystematic coverage of channel partners through regular call cycle plans and permanent journey plans for increase in penetration by having desired depth of distribution and numeric reachProcess & monitor daily sales and coordination with TSM / Regional logistics for supply-UGAHI Collection & Credit Control To regularly monitor & control timely collections to keep receivables as per the norm-Customer ServiceTo provide meaningful customer experiences to the product and services of the company-Reporting & Market feedbackCollect and provide information on market trend competitors price and activities to help management take appropriate action and to ensure System Confirmation/Perfection complying all Internal Controls.
Qualifications:
Graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing
