To ensure minimum x retention ratio in terms of no of clients and revenue for the corporate clients whose renewals are serviced by him undertake documentation and KYC formalities<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />
§ To ensure end-to end single point service for the customer to take care of all his GI renewal needs and win his trust to achieve high renewal ratios
§ To ensure weekly/fortnightly/monthly meetings with the clients to develop rapport and also encourage customer engagement activities.
§ To extensively coordinate with the Ops. Teams and Insurance companies with regard to timely policy issuances & SLA, claim approvals, ensure Insurance company's timely revert on critical issues with regard to policies/endorsements
· To co ordinate for timely completion of placement process for all Renewal business; liaise with Quotes team for renewal details (e.g. updated policy data, premium details, claim details, endorsement details) etc.,
· To report daily MIS and tracking of targets & personal meeting with clients
· To seamlessly co-ordinate with the Fresh Acquisition Quotes, Claims, Back office and Product teams for various customer requirements
· To co-ordinate for the risk assessment / valuations, risk profiling & development of Risk assessment for the Corporate customers interested in GI offerings
· To ensure timely closure of all Leads received from various sources and achieve high lead to conversion ratio.
To ensure cross selling and upselling to all existing set of clients.
