Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The role holder will be responsible for setting the HR framework in place through high order policies and processes along with hiring high quality talent for the set up, in a challenging fast paced environment.

 Principle Accountability: 
1.       Coordinates high volume of recruitment and takes salary decisions as per norms. Tracks and monitors manpower ramp up till Go Live and reports variance from actual plan on a regular basis to CPO and CEO
2.       Sets the organization norms by preparation of best in industry policies and processes and bringing clarity around the same

3.       Ensures 100% accurate payroll payout

4.       Curates the tone of the organization culture by planning and executing employee engagement and OE activities for a fun and value based culture
5.       Builds the learning culture of organization by identifying right set of trainings and forums

6.       Ensures faster employee productivity by Inducting new joinees with Aditya Birla Culture and ABOF Business Understanding

7.       Participates in the overall budget and payout in the Annual Increment Cycle

8.       Create and Drive performance management communication and completion

9       Maintains personal files of all employees


Requisite Competencies: 

1. High energy, enthusiastic, fast paced

2. Strong verbal and written communication

3. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision 
4. Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems 
5. High stakeholder management skills
Who can Apply?
The candidate must be a post graduate [MBA] with minimum 2 years of experience in HR esp recruitment and payroll
