Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Learning & Development:
    Identify training needs, preparation of training plan, Facilitating on-the-job & off-the-job training for the development of people and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
    Employee On-boarding:
    Ensure smooth employee on-boarding of new employee through effective Induction Program.
    Employee Engagement:
    Co-ordinate for execution of employee engagement activities like employee satisfaction surveys at different levels and implementation of the agreed action plan.
    Competency Building:
    Identify the skill gaps through skill matrix for staff and workmen & competency assessment for management cadre; facilitate to prepare plan to bridge the identified gap and implementation of the plan.
    Talent Management:
    Facilitate the process of talent identification, co-ordinate for conducting DACs of identified talent, facilitate the preparation of IDPs of talent pool members and monitoring of the implementation of IDPs.
    HRIS:
    Maintain all data base related to training, talent management in HR ERP and HRMIS.

  • PMS:

    Ensure completion of the process on time and adherence to the system and policy.


    System Implementation:
    Ensure implementation of WCM/Safety/EMS/QMS systems & maintain all relevant records for department for improvement of plant performance & quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    2 years full time Post Graduate degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / MSW with specialization in HR/PM&IR from recognized Institute/ university.

     

     

     


    Minimum Experience Level:
    13 - 15 Years
