Job Description:
Develop and manage the strategies to maintain strong client experiences to ensure that excellent client services are being delivered.Serves as a liaison between the customer and business.-Activation and Service Provisioning-Overseeing vendor and document all learnings Infra vendor collection agency call center response team bill printing and dispatch vendor-Customer Life Cycle Management-Subscriber churn-Document Management-Customer Experience Survey-Regulatory Audits Internal & External & TERM Reporting-Bad debts CoC Cost of retention & COSA-Revenue-Preparation analysis and correctness of reports as required as well as undertake complete benchmarking.
