Job Description:
Supports the design of various employee engagement learning and talent management interventions. Implements the same across relevant employee groups and liaises with stakeholders to ensure coverage and roll out across geographies as required. Monitors the impact of interventions and prepares all relevant reports/ dashboards/ MIS with regard to progress indicators and final outcomes. Helps drive participation in rewards programs and builds awareness about key learning initiatives through the design and circulation of internal campaigns. Carries out analytics on learning needs/ employee survey feedback to engage with vendors and design relevant content. Works closely with various business stakeholders to implement customized programs for various lines of business.-Employee Relations-Training & Development-Talent Management-MIS & Employee Operations
