Job Description:
Create and manage relationship at each Regions to develop new relationships and manage key account relationship directly with key stake holders in the respective institutions viz. Banks / NBFCs / IPCs / PEs etc. The product portfolio includes sourcing of Vanilla and Structured Loans secured against property / real estate asset. Customer Acquisition Client Relationship Building Institutional Relationship building Proposal assessment Structuring of proposals along with managing Profitability and portfolio is key to the role.-To provide Relationship and acquire customers for the development of Mortgages CRE business-Structuring of deal to meet the internal ABFL risk parameters and Customer requirement-To drive the development of superior customer value propositions and portfolio-To emphasize strict compliance with adherence to Risk compliance and legal norms-Structuring of deal to meet the internal ABFL risk parameters and Customer requirement-Portfolio Management
