Promote white cement & its applications and new products amongst influencers like applicators architects builders developers etc. by way of creating Awareness through Technical Presentation Sampling & Demonstration & demand generation activities and undertake Job application through applicators so as to ensure quality in the applications.
1. Customer service
Customer service by providing effective customer care to enhance customer loyalty & satisfaction.
2. Demand generation
Organising & conducting demand generation activities like; architects, builders, painters, contractors meet, trade exhibition, customer awareness camp, counter meet etc.
3. Attending Customer Quality Complaints
To resolve complaints promptly & to the best of customer satisfaction in order to develop long term relationship with the customer.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
CRM & appraising the management regarding competitor’s activities.
5. Training & Development
Organising & conducting training sessions for white cement applications & new product.
