Key Result Areas 

Supporting Actions

Poornata Business Coordinator for Business

1) Work with the Poornata Core Team to roll-out new modules/features in Poornata for the Business.

2) Engage with BHR & UHR teams to understand requirements to streamline HR processes in the Business and discuss with Poornata Core Team on enabling the same in Poornata.

3) Participate in User Acceptance Testing conducted by Poornata core team while deploying new features.

4) Keep updated with the new developments and updation happening in Poornata.

Assist in APCR process for domestic & overseas employees in Poornata.


1) Ensure guidelines set by Sunshine Team are followed.

2) Work with Rewards & Benefits Team and Poornata Core Team to setup VP Plans & Compensation cycles for the Business.

3) Work with BHR & UHR teams to validate Employee data and APCR data.

4) Generate Salary Revision letters from Poornata.

Assist in Implementation of Payroll module.


1) Understand the As-Is Payroll processes at the Unit for Management, Staff & workman cadre. Ensure this is documented and signed-off by concerned stakeholders.

2) If planning for common payroll (e.g. all ABCIL units) then conduct gap analysis of the payroll process across Units and together with the Poornata Functional Team achieve standardization in the Payroll process.

3) Work with Poornata Functional Team on the design of

To-Be process.

4) Assist in User Acceptance Testing.

5) Facilitate deployment of Payroll module and change management transition.

6) Provide support to Units in the post go-live phase during the first two months.

Review data accuracy & usage of all modules of Poornata being used in the Business. Ensure capability building in the Unit HR Team for sustainable Data Management.


1) Ensure Poornata guidelines on Data and SOP are followed by conducting regular Audits.

2) Analyze areas for business process improvement in relation to the use and maintenance of Data.

3) Provide support to Unit HR Team to ensure optimum usage of all modules.

4) Handle updation of centrally managed Data e.g. Position Management.

HR Reporting & Analytics

1) Understand requirement of HR Metrics from BHR.

2) Prepare HR dashboards as per needs using the Hyperion tool.

3) Cater to Reporting needs of BHR Team.

Assist in Poornata launch for new Units

1) Engage with Unit HR team to plan roll-out scope of Poornata modules.

2) Guide Unit HR team in employee data collection & validation post data upload. Coordinate with Poornata Core Team for Data upload.

3) Support mapping of Unit organization structure on Poornata.

4) Build capability in the Unit HR Team for managing Poornata.
